ON THE JOB TRAINING PROGRAM
Provides employees and supervisors with a defined program of “task oriented” training.
- Combination of formal training sessions (CEP), site directed supervisor based training and assigned task schedule completion
- Periodic and surprise visits by supervisors, video/audio presentations, situational assignments, and practical exercises
